Projects

A project groups related conversations and gives them shared context: files the model can read and instructions it should follow in every chat.

Create a project

Create a project from the sidebar, name it, and add:

• Instructions. Guidance for every future chat in the project, like tone, constraints, or background the model should assume.
• Project files. Documents that every chat in the project can draw on. Project files are available in the desktop and mobile apps.

Chat inside a project

Start chats from the project screen. Each one sees the project instructions and files automatically, on top of whatever you attach in the moment. Everything else works like a normal chat, including Direct Mode and model choice.

Limits

The Local plan includes two projects. Plus and higher make them unlimited. See Plans & credits.
